Is It Legal To Drive A Golf Cart On The Street In Owensboro?

If I've seen one I've seen ten kinds of golf carts driving all over Owensboro and even at times out in the county.  I never gave it a second thought until a recent post from the Daviess County Sheriff's Office-->

It's illegal!  And local law enforcement is cracking down on anyone not following this ordinance.
