Owensboro Restaurant Honoring Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day with Free Food for Military
Evelyn Miller, who owns Windy Hollow Biscuit House in Owensboro, Kentucky, has long appreciated and understood the importance of the U.S.Military. Her father Hal and his twin brother Tom both served in World War II. With Thursday being December 7th- Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day, Evelyn knew that she wanted to do something special to commemorate the day.
Doing something special is Evelyn's most recognized trait. She and her daughter Hallie are constantly thinking of ways to celebrate the community and its members.

"Something special" is the dish they serve up most often and, with their #100DayCelebration, they're doing it day after day, week after week.
