Joe Lowe died October 15th, 2012, at 6:50 a.m. After serving the Owensboro community for 40 years, Joe's shift on earth ended. A year later -- and, I can't believe it has been that long -- so many of us miss him.  His optimism, sense of humor, his quirky way of looking at life, his faith, his love for his wife and children. Kirk Kirkpatrick, on WOMI's K-ZOne,  is speaking with Kathy Lowe this week about the past year, adjusting to life without him and how the family has kept the legacy thriving.
