Keki Modern Cakes in NYC Has Jiggly Sponge Cake [Video]

It's National Sponge Cake Day and I am celebrating by sharing photos and video of the absolute best sponge cake I have ever eaten in my life.  As a matter of fact, I read about Keki Modern Cakes online and made a special trip to Chinatown the last time I was in New York City!  I just had to try this . . .

That, my friends, is the original Castella!  A slice (or slab) of it costs $9.75.  It literally is big enough to feed multiple people.  Kevin and I tore into and were only able to eat about half of it.  And it's as delicious and fun to eat as it looks.
