Last weekend, Metallica broke the KFC Yum! Center all-time attendance record, and I was there watching with thousands of screaming fans. I didn't go to the Hot Wheels Monster Trucks Live tour, this past weekend (Saturday, March 16th 2019), but it sounds like it would have been a tough ticket to get.

Hot Wheels Monster Trucks Live performed two shows at the KFC Yum! Center. Total attendance for both shows was 20,995, breaking the new tour’s all-time attendance record.

We are grateful to the KFC Yum! Center for hosting Hot Wheels Monster Trucks Live. The fans in Louisville are incredible, and we had two fantastic shows for our biggest audience yet. On behalf of everyone at Hot Wheels Monster Trucks Live, we want to thank everyone at the KFC Yum! Center for their first-class service. We will be back bigger and better in 2020,” said Ken Hudgens, Raycom Legacy Content Company CEO.

"We could not be more pleased to be a part of the inaugural season of this exciting event; special thanks to the Raycom Legacy Content Company team and especially Bob Boggess for making the inaugural Hot Wheels Monster Trucks Live event in Louisville such a huge success,” said Eric Granger, KFC Yum! Center General Manager.

Here's to 2020 and more Hot Wheels Monster Trucks Live action! And, maybe breaking another record.
