What's not to love about funnel cakes?! Layers of twisted-up fried dough with yummy fruit and ooey gooey toppings. There's a new food truck in Kentucky and they're serving them up.
GIVE ME ALL THE FUNNEL CAKES
I started a love for funnel cakes when I was a kid visiting Holiday World for the first time. They had funnel cakes and by the time I finished, I was covered in powdered sugar and smiling from ear to ear.
Even as an adult when I see a place that is serving funnel cakes I add it to my list of things to get while I'm visiting. I recently discovered there is a brand-new food truck in Kentucky and they are specializing in all things Funnel Cakes.

Jasmine Johnson is now a resident of Kentucky by way of Texas. She recently moved to Vinegrove, Kentucky, and started her food truck business. Here's what Jasmine had to say about why she started Twisted Funnel Cakes LLC;
We got started for the love of pancakes being a big desert fan Funnel Cakes always bring warm smiles to many people. We have been in business three months now we're fairly new and looking to continue to grow and reach more people in the surrounding areas of Kentucky.
Jasmine is also looking to expand her business to a storefront so people can come and sit and enjoy her funnel cakes any time of the year. Sign me up to sample all of them.
