McConnell Calls for Payroll Tax Cut that Doesnt Hurt Job Creators

Kentucky U.S. Senate Republican Leader Mitch McConnell made the following remarks on the Senate floor this morning regarding a proposed extension to the payroll tax cut and the need to provide tax relief without raising taxes on job creators.

Following his prepared remarks the Kentucky Senior Senator  also challenged Democrats on their efforts to shift the blame for their failed policies
