Meet Owensboro’s Dancing Man (VIDEO)

Angel Here!  Surely by now you've seen the young man who dances around town with his hat on backwards, just enjoying life.  He can be seen most days up and down Frederica feeling his groove!

I had the opportunity to catch up with him on Saturday afternoon and asked him why he was dancing all over town.  Here's what he had to say!

Tayvis was a delight to talk to.  He was so positive and soft spoken and was humbled that I stopped to check out his dancing.  If only everyone in the world could just be who they are like him~
