Owensboro Dog Park Opening Soon At Legion Park

Last year the Owensboro community learned we would finally be getting a dog park.  We found out this week they are getting super close to opening-->

Legion Park is approximately 27 acres in size and the dog park portion will be fenced right inside the walking trail on the North East side.

Our four-legged friends will be able to run around without a leash and enjoy the scenic views of the park.

Angel here!  I spoke to the construction crew this week working while I took Ms. Layla Rose for a walk and asked when it would be done and they said it was nearing completetion and should be open very very soon!

This is going to be a great addition for Owensboro!
