Owensboro Health’s Smallest Patients Celebrate Halloween [Gallery]

These may be the absolute cutest Halloween costume photos you will see today.  To celebrate Halloween, Owensboro Health decided to share some precious photos of the hospital's smallest patients.  These are the infants in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (the NICU).  These youngsters didn't get the opportunity to celebrate Halloween outside the hospital, so the hospital allowed them and their parents to celebrate with costumes inside.  Brace yourselves.  These photos are going to make your heart melt.

A shout out to Somer Wilhite and the Owensboro Health Marketing Department for giving us permission to share the photos with you.  And another special shout out to my friend Sheila Hopewell, who took the photos.  I have seen a ton of Halloween costume pics over the last 24 hours.  Some have been hilarious.  Some have been scary.  None have been as cute as this.
