A popular Owensboro nail salon, in business for the past 19 years, is closing its doors permanently.
Top Nails, inside Towne Square Mall, announced Monday that it will not be re-opening once the pandemic restrictions are lifted.
Top Nails' popularity is evident based on the many comments of support from members of its clientele.
