Schedule a COVID-19 Test in Western Kentucky [SITES]

The Green River District Health Department is offering Curbside COVID-19 Testing at various clinic sites in Western Kentucky next week. Here's everything you need to know to schedule your FREE test.

The Green River District Health Department will offer COVID-19 testing at many clinic sites next week. To schedule an appointment visit the GRDHD website, healthdepartment.org, and follow the COVID-19 Test prompts.

Curbside testing will be available at clinic sites in McLean and Webster Counties on Tuesday, May 19th, 2020.

McLean County Health Department - 200 Hwy 81 North Suite 101, Calhoun, KY

Webster County Health Department - 80 Clayton Ave, Dixon, KY

Testing will also be available with a mobile unit in Fordsville, Kentucky in Ohio County on Tuesday, May 19th, 2020.

 Fordsville Elementary School - 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM

Ohio County Health Department - 1336 Clay Street, Hartford, KY

Testing will be available in Daviess, Hancock, Henderson, and Union County locations on Wednesday, May 20th, 2020.

Daviess County Health Department - 1600 Breckenridge Street, Owensboro, KY

Hancock County Health Department - 75 Harrison Street, Hawesville, KY

Henderson County Health Department - 472 Klutey Park Plaza, Henderson, KY

Union County Health Department - 218 West McElroy Street, Morganfield, KY

You must be pre-registered to be tested. Testing is FREE of charge and open to Kentucky residents. If you are sick, experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, including but not limited to a fever, cough, and shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, or feel you have a medical emergency, call your health care provider.
