“Rally For the Revletts” Fundraiser in Owensboro

Grab family and friends and come out to Once Upon A Child in Owensboro to support the Revlett children. Live music, auctions, food and more!

Our community rallies when tragedy hits one of our neighbors and this is no exception.

Earlier in May 2019, Joe Revlett of Owensboro, was involved in a horrific accident on the twin bridges in Henderson. Joe lost his life that morning and left behind a beautiful, grieving family. His children need us. His family just wants to DO something. Keep busy. Make a difference. Honor Joe's life. Just be together as a community.

The "Rally For the Revletts" Fundraiser is a perfect way to do all of the above.

This is one of my favorite photos of Joe. That sweet smile, that he almost always had on his face, is perfection. He just looks so happy which is how I want to remember him. Now, it's time to celebrate Joe with his family and friends. The entire community is invited!

The benefit will be held at Once Upon A Child in Owensboro on Saturday, June 15, 2019 from 10 AM – 8 PM. The entire community is invited to celebrate Joe's life, and show his sweet children that we're all there for them. The event is a luau themed fundraiser so dress the part, and get ready to party!

Here's just some of what's being planned for the big day:

Georgia Lynn Bronson will take the stage from 12 PM - 1PM to entertain the crowd.

Dr. Popper will be there from 3 PM - 8 PM entertaining the kiddos.

Tri-R-Tips Hawaiian style BBQ will pull up the Food Truck for some delicious eats. They will also be donating a portion of the food sales to the family.

The Auction Items will be available to view, and to place bids on, the week before to the event. You can see them HERE when available.

Once Upon A Child  will be matching all donations and money raised on this day to help his children.
