Horror: Missouri Woman Escapes Captor Wearing Metal Dog Collar
It's truly a horrific allegation of abuse. A woman in Excelsior Springs, Missouri was found by neighbors crawling on their porch after she said she had escaped her captor while wearing a metal dog collar which had been placed on her neck.
