It's almost time for the Owensboro Riverfront to be taken over by the sights and sounds of beautiful aircraft doing amazing things! I look forward to it every year. You have a chance to get tickets early to the event to guarantee you the best spot to see it all at the Owensboro Convention Center.

The Owensboro Air Show is the weekend in downtown Owensboro.  The show features many pilots and teams including the Canadian Forces Snowbirds and the U.S. Army Golden Knights.  On Thursday, Angel and I had the chance to climb in and ride with Team Aeroshell.  These 1940's warplanes are aerobatic and, like the "mighty ducks", fly together.  REALLY close together.  Check out our video!  Th

We are so excited about the upcoming Owensboro Air Show!  I had a meeting with Tim Ross (Special Events Director for the City of Owensboro) yesterday and he filled me in on the amazing teams we have coming to town for this year's event.  So, I decided to find share some videos with you so you guys and gals can get a sneak peek of what to expect.  It's going to be awesome!

The Owensboro Air Show is back October 1st and 2nd in downtown Owensboro and I had a chance to meet two of the pilots from The Canadian Forces Snowbirds! This will be the first time in Owensboro for them and they are SO excited for October! Take a look as Naughty (yep, that's really his call-sign, ha) shows me around the plane!

Yesterday was literally one of the most amazing days of my life.  I had the honor and privilege of climbing aboard United States Air Force Thunderbird #7 flown by Major Tyler Ellison.  If you've ever wondered what it would be like to ride in an F-16, here's your answer.  It was an absolutely unbelievable and gravity-defying experience!

Today, Jac went on a trick flight to celebrate the Owensboro Air Show happening this weekend. We had GoPros in the cockpit to capture her face. Well, it's hilarious!

The City of Owensboro has a permit to temporarily halt traffic on the KY 2262 Ohio River “Blue” Bridge at specific times for a Bridge Day celebration and the Owensboro Air Show on September 11, 12 and 13, 2015.

It's almost here! The Owensboro Air Show is this Saturday at 1pm downtown over the Ohio River. Bring your lawn chairs and blankets to English Park or Smothers Park to catch all the amazing aerobatics.
