Owensboro Christmas Parade

A group of parade-loving Owensboroans is rallying the citizens in order to make a 2021 Christmas parade happen after all.

The Owensboro-Daviess County Christmas Parade Association has announced the Official Parade Starter at the 82nd annual Owensboro-Daviess County Christmas Parade!

Hold on to your hats if you’re heading to the Christmas Parade in Downtown Owensboro tomorrow night!

The Johnston house has to be in the Christmas spirit early this year.  All three children were just recently named official parade starters for the 2016 Owensboro Christmas Parade.

When I heard the news of dear friend, Adam Johnston, being named honorary Grand Marshal of the Owensboro Christmas Parade it put a huge smile on my face.

This is so exciting!  Emmy-winning television star, celebrity stylist and fashion designer Carson Kressley will join us at this year’s parade to support Grand Marshal Florence Henderson for the 79th annual Owensboro Christmas Parade on Saturday, Nov. 21st!

The Owensboro-Daviess County Christmas Parade Association, Inc.has former Kentucky Governor and US Senator Wendell H. Ford as the Grand Marshal.
