There will be another exciting reason to visit the St. Louis Zoo if you like to get up close with the animals.

The St. Louis Zoo just announced a massive new destination discovery zone coming to the zoo in 2026.

A St. Louis Zoo bear went on an adventure. Somehow, he managed to escape his enclosure sometime between Monday night and Tuesday morning, but no need to worry now.

So many zoos, so little time to visit them all. One has just been named the very best in the U.S. and it's right here in Missouri.
