My Western Kentucky Hilltoppers are playing in their first ever bowl game appearance in Detroit on December 26th. The speculation is over. Former Kentucky Wesleyan head coach and Greenville native Ray Harper will be officially named the 14th head coach of the Western Kentucky University men's basketball team on Monday.
