There’s a Mad Pooper on the Loose in Owensboro

I've seen everything and it's sad the subject of this post is something that keeps happening more and more. Oh dear. Are Porta-a Potties that bad???

If you've seen the news, or if you've browsed stories on the internet lately, you may have heard of the "Mad Pooper" in Colorado. It's a lady! She's a jogger who has been stopping during her runs (no pun intended) and relieving herself on people's front lawns, shew!

As it turns out, Owensboro has a similar situation going on at the Soak-n-Wash Car Wash on South Frederica. The culprit has been dubbed "Poopman" and, here he is (possibly NSFW!)
