Triple Digit Heat Index Values Return to the Tristate [Forecast]

Here in the WBKR listening area, we have been experiencing relatively nice temperatures.  Honestly, a few days over the last week it has felt like Fall.  Well, we're about to get a rude awakening from Mother Nature.  She's not finished with Summer and it's about to make its return with a vengeance.  As a matter of fact, the National Weather Service says we could see Heat Index Values in the triple digits this week.  Take a look!

According the most updated NWS forecast, we'll be in the 90's pretty much through next Saturday, when we dip down into the mid 80's.  Until then it's going to be hot, humid and we're going to have very limited chances of rain.  There's just a slight chance (10%) of rain Tuesday evening into Tuesday night and a slight chance of precipitation on Friday.
