Wesleyan Christian Center Hosting Back To School Bash

The Wesleyan Christian Center along with Kendal Terry is hosting the 3rd Annual Back 2 School Bash.  This event is open to the entire community and it's FREE!

Last year they handed out over 250 backpacks and this year they plan on handing out over 500.  The event was founded by local teen and current Miss Daviess County, Kendall Terry, who wanted to do something to help students and families in our area.  She is an amazing young lady and we are so proud of her for thinking of others.

The bash will take place on Saturday, July 27, from 4-6 p.m. at Wesleyan Christian Center at 102 W. 9th street in Owensboro.

School supplies are super expensive.  Having events like this help out families in our community!
