Will the Tri-State Have a White Christmas in 2019?

When I woke up this morning, much to my surprise, there was a soft blanket of white on the ground. It was dark so I thought it was frost. I only realized it was snow when my dog came in and was covered in flakes.

With Christmas a little more than a week away, I wondered if we will see the same glorious surprise on Christmas morning. And a quick check of my sources show that not only it it not likely that we will see a white Christmas in the tri-state but it's going to be downright balmy. BOO.

NOAA is even predicting that some parts of our listening area will reach the 60s and 70s next week. You gotta be kidding me!

Well, lets hope Santa's sleigh doesn't need a bunch of snow because it looks like we'll be having a nice spring-like Christmas!
