Parents of current Sophomores – Want to help your son or daughter get a jump start on college credit? Start with a two-week college-credit course in business this summer. The class is the first of four college-credit business courses that will transfer to a four-year college program. If your son or daughter is interested in business – possibly owning his/her own business – this is an opportunity to complete the first half of the first year of college before high school graduation. There is an emphasis on entrepreneurship. Business courses offered include Introduction to Business, Finance, Accounting and Legal and Ethical Principles with an opportunity to launch a business their senior year. This class is offered through Community Campus Business/Entrepreneurship pathway. For more information, call Marcia Carpenter at 270-852-7300, ext. 239 or e-mail marcia.carpenter@daviess.kyschools.us

Applications are available at www.communitycampus.me or call Marcia Carpenter at 270-852-7300, ext 239. Students are admitted on a first-come, first-served basis.
