City of Owensboro/Daviess County Reschedules Trick or Treating

Weather is putting quite a damper on Halloween plans for many towns.  We got word this morning that many would be moving trick or treating.  At the time Owensboro-Daviess County was not on that list.

That has since changed.  Here is the information we have received.
