Concerned Citizens Should Attend Meeting Wed. July 27th

STEERING COMMITTEE MEETING

The Downtown Convention Center Steering Committee will hold a special meeting on Wednesday, July 27, 2011 at 1:30 p.m., CST, in the Commission Chambers at City Hall, 101 E. 4^th Street, Owensboro, KY to consider approval of the final design of the Convention and Events Center.

This is the time for anyone with questions, comments or concerns to speak up. Whatever is decided needs to be with the imput of all concerned citizens. We must be united when the final decisions are made. In order to do that we all must have imput.

3. Discuss Minor Change in Design – Tony Cecil

4. Open Public Forum

5. Consider for Approval the Final Design of the Convention and Events Center

6. Adjourn

After this meeting the Industrial Development Authority will hold a special meeting to consider items passed by the steering committee.

All concerned citizens need to be present for these meetings.
