All parents and guardians of students in the Daviess County Public School System should now have the official DCPS Family Decision Form.  As you know, the start of the 2020-2021 school year is just about a month away and parents, due to the ongoing COVID-19 crisis, have been presented with options for the return to school.

On the circulated forms, parents are asked to indicate their preference for the upcoming school year: In Person Instruction (the proposed A-B schedule) or Virtual Academy.  It's requested and recommended that the forms be completed and returned by Monday, August 3rd.

Plus, as an additional service, DCPS is providing assistance for anyone needing help with submitting the form or with online school registration.  That assistance will be available at four Daviess County Public School feeding locations from 11am to 12:30pm Friday, July 31st and Monday, August 3rd.

Those locations are as follows:

Burns Elementary School - 4514 Goetz Drive

Meadow Lands Elementary School - 3500 Hayden Road

Sorgho Elementary School - 5390 Kentucky 56

Daviess County High School - 4255 New Hartford Road

If you need in-person assistance with the forms or registration, you are asked to visit one of the above locations .

However, if you simply need help with obtaining a Username or Password for the Infinite Campus Parent Portal, you may simply contact the school your child is attending during the upcoming school year.
