Hamilton Tickets for Louisville May be Scam

I can't think of a better Christmas present than theater tickets, especially for the Tony-Award Winning Hamilton. However, if you see a link telling you can buy the tickets for the Louisville run of the show coming next summer, make sure you check it out carefully.

Be on the lookout for this:

Although technically you can purchase tickets from the site indicated, you are going to pay a highly inflated price, plus you may not be guaranteed tickets. Tickets for Hamilton don't officially go on sale until the spring from the Kentucky Center for the Arts and Broadway Across America Louisville.

The show dates are June 4-23 at the Kentucky Center.

Another caveat, season tickets for the 2018-2019 Kentucky Center season are sold out. The official sale will be for 30,000 additional tickets Again, that sales date has not been announced yet.

In other words, don't lose your "shot".
