Kentucky Creates a Statewide COVID-19 Reporting Hotline
This afternoon, Governor Andy Beshear announced the creation of a COVID-19 reporting hotline. With a variety of orders and limitations in place here in the Commonwealth, the hotline has been established for Kentucky residents who wish to report businesses or groups of people who may be in violation of those suggested guidelines.
When discussing the creation of the hotline, Governor Beshear said, "We've had a number of questions about how to report circumstances that we believe to be dangerous." This hotline will allow government to know if people are not in compliance with state orders.
That number is 1-833-KY-SAFER. That's 1-833-597-2337.
The toll-free number will be staffed by Labor Cabinet employees and will have operators standing by from 7:30am to 9pm daily. You can also leave messages after hours.
