Kentucky Has 9th Best Early Education System in America [STATS]

As the COVID-19 pandemic has parents debating whether to send their children to school for in-person pre-K education classes, WalletHub just released its report on 2020's States with the Best & Worst Early Education Systems. Kentucky ranks 1st in share of school districts that offer state pre-K programs.

In a report released by the personal-finance website WalletHub today, the Commonwealth ranked in the Top 10 of 2020's States with the Best & Worst Early Education Systems.
