Kentucky School Janitor Wills Savings to Child Abuse Victims
It's really heartwarming to share this type of story. A Kentucky school janitor who worked for three decades did something very special in wake of his will.
Alvin L. Randlett, who worked at Sixth District Elementary in Covington, willed his savings of $175,000 to the Kentucky Child Victims' Trust Fund.
Randlett never touched a penny of his pension. He worked for 32 years saving his money and accruing more than 300 sick days. He never married nor did he own a car. He walked everywhere or caught a ride when he needed it.
Randlett retired in 2001, then he passed away in 2015.
HERE is a copy of Randlett's estate donation letter.
