OHS Rose Curtain Players Present Snacks with Characters

Join Elsa, Anna, Superman, Batman and many other characters for food and fun this Saturday at Owensboro High School!

The Rose Curtain Players theater troupe of Owensboro High School is hosting a fundraising event for their trip to the International Thespian Festival in Lincoln, Nebraska this summer! The troupe's competition show, Waylen, not only placed second in the state and is moving on to the South Eastern Theater Conference (SETC) in Alabama, but the show has also qualified for the Chapter Select Showcase at the International festival. With most of their budget going to SETC, the Rose Curtain players need help fundraising for Internationals. Come and join them this Saturday, February 17th as they host their Snacks with Characters event at OHS!

Not only will there be over 20 characters to meet but each child will also receive an autograph booklet, face painting, yummy snacks, and turns in a photo booth! The event is $8 for children and $5 for adults. Seating begins at 10am and will continue through 12:30pm. Reservations are requested by tomorrow February 14th so call or email now! You don't want to miss this opportunity for your child to meet their favorite characters, to eat some yummy snacks, and to support the oldest theater troupe in Kentucky.
