Owensboro Animal Mission Hosting Patriotic Pets on Parade Event

This is a great idea and I personally cannot wait to see the photos. SAINT- Saving Animals in Need Together (an Owensboro-based pet rescue support mission)- is hosting a Patriotic Pet Parade this weekend on social media. Here's how it works.

As the post mentions, you are urged to dress up your pet(s) and share up to three photos with your pet's name, a story about them, etc. The deadline to submit is Thursday, June 25th. The actual Patriotic Pet Parade will begin at 7pm on Saturday, June 27th.

The cost to participate is minimal. It's just $10 per pet and you can submit payment by CLICKING HERE! Money raised will be used to purchase pet food for various local assistance organizations.

SAINT's mission is to help animals in need and the group does that in a variety of ways. The routinely help raise funds for medical needs and transports to rescue for the Daviess County Animal Shelter. They have also participated and promoted local Spay a Stray events.
