Friday- It’s BuZZ Show time!  7:35 – Highland Buzz Show will feature a presentation from the     DCMS upcoming Flag Football league! There will be a few “football drills” and even some giveaways! Program includes: Sending off our Academic Team for their upcoming District Meet, Recognize our Archery Tournament winners, Recognize our Conservation Poster winners, and a KICK-OFF for our annual Pennies for Patients fundraiser to raise money for Leukemia and Lymphoma society. Buzz shows are in the school gym!

-Math “sNumber Party” - 5:30-7:00-gym. MLES families are invited to come play math games at various stations in the gym and in the Imagination Station. Mrs. Johnston, MLES third-grade teacher, is planning the math games. Our overall goal is to get parents to take an active role in helping kids learn math. Students will discover that math can be fun. Games will include Math Jeopardy, Guess the Candy Jar, various math board games, etc. Games will be available for all math levels. Each child that goes through each station with their family will receive a homework pass. Refreshments will be served. Students are encouraged to wear pajamas.

Representatives from the local chapter of the American Red Cross will visit WLES to conduct lessons with 3rd grade at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday; and with 5th grade at 1 p.m. Friday BMS visits 5th grades on Thursday (1 p.m.)
WLES is hosting a blood drive from 1 to 6 p.m. Thursday.
