Things have not been easy the last few years for former Sprint Cup champion Tony Stewart. Now, Stewart is under fire for confronting a heckler at Friday night's Lucas Oil Chili Bowl Nationals in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Cell phone cameras were rolling, and although the crowd drowns out some of the confrontation, proceed with caution, NSFW.

It turns out the heckler was an off-duty Tulsa County Sheriff's Deputy by the name of Cpl. Kyle Hess. The Sheriff's department is investigating the incident. A fellow deputy said Hess had been drinking and he was escorted off the premises. In the meantime, Stewart didn't want anything done to Hess.

This season will be Tony Stewart's last as a Sprint Cup driver.
