Almost 7 years to the day after Hurricane Katrina ripped apart New Orleans and the Gulf Coast, another big storm is heading their way - and the coastal city is dead center in the strike zone.

Weather experts say Issac, now a tropical storm, will get stronger through the week and could make landfall Tuesday night as a Category 2 Hurricane. Ahead of the storm, Governor Bobby Jindal has ordered hurricane evacuations - especially in the unprotected, low-lying, areas of New Orleans.

Hurricane warnings have been issued for a 300-mile stretch of the Gulf Coast - from the Florida Panhandle to Texas.

Almost 7 years to the day Hurricane Katrina struck the same area - flooding New Orleans and other low-lying areas and leaving a devastating impact on U.S. economy.
