WBKR Visits NUMPS Preschool In Newburgh

Angel Here.  Yesterday, I got to visit Newburgh United Methodist Preschool and hang out with a bunch of cute kiddos!  These kids help us raise money for St. Jude.Our digital manager from Townsquare Media, Ashley Sollars, takes her daughter Ava to NUMPS and has always talked about the amazing staff and activities that go on.

NUMPS is a kid-centered school focusing on Christian principles and allowing the students to take part in opportunities in a safe and structured setting helping them to grow socially, physically, spiritually, and emotionally.  Classroom settings allow for each child to experience both play and teacher lead situations.  

I got the opportunity to talk with each classroom and even read books to some of the kids.  They were so much fun!

These sweet children raised over $800 for St. Jude Radiothon this year.  We love having them be a part of this amazing fundraiser and help make life a little easier for the families of St. Jude.
