Ventriloquist/Comedienne to Perform at Kentucky Wesleyan College

Ventriloquist/comedienne Lynn Trefzger will perform at Kentucky Wesleyan College on Thursday at 8 p.m. in Rogers Hall. High school students and area college students are invited to join KWC students for the free performance. Trefzger’s trunkful of zany characters and off-the-wall audience interplay guarantee an enjoyable, entertaining evening. Her vocal illusion talents were first brought to a national audience on TV’s popular “Star Search,” and she has performed with many artists, including Jeff Foxworthy, Ray Romano, Drew Carey and Faith Hill. She was recently featured in the film, “I’m No Dummy,” a documentary film about ventriloquism. Lynn was named the Funniest Female Performer of the year by Campus Activities Magazine. The Society of Magicians Convention describes her as “a beauty with amazing vocal talents and a first-rate wit [who] scored her biggest hit by bringing three audience members on stage and throwing voices into them . . . a first rate entertainer!”
