WKU-Owensboro Seeking Humane Society Donations
After a very successful food drive for the Boulware Mission over the holidays, in which the students and faculty donated over a thousand items, another drive is at hand. Donations for the Owensboro Humane Society can be dropped at the front office at the WKU-Owensboro campus at 4821 New Hartford Rd. and if you are a student, there are many donation boxes and bins throughout the building. The goal is is to reach 500 items, which include:
-Dry/Wet Cat or Dog food
-Dog/Cat toys
-Collars, harnesses, and leashes
-Stainless steel dog bowls
-Cat litter and litter boxes (with hood)
-As well as cleaning products
The Humane Society drive will run through Friday, February 17.
