Nowadays, I don't care how big or small a town is, you're going to experience some kind of crime. Of course, it doesn't all have to be major offenses. The minor occurrences aren't much fun either. Criminals will steal anything that isn't nailed down and if it is, they will bring tools to get the score.

Teenagers Getting In Trouble

I will be perfectly honest with you when I was a teenager my friends and I would cause some mischief. One of our favorite things to do was stealing traffic signs. My buddy could climb a light pole with ease and he had a special tool that could cut them down. Our main target was streets named after any of us. I may or may not have a "Terry" Lane sign hanging in my basement.

I Can Solve This Crime Of Stolen Street Signs

If the police in the area want to solve the case, I can definitely help them. The main suspects are bored teenagers. I would check basements, garages, and "mancaves" in the town and I'm positive that many of them will show up. Also, if there are any colleges close by, do a search of dorm rooms and frat houses.
