The BKR Boot Camp is now in its fourth week and everybody is doing an awesome job. I am pretty proud of myself, especially when it comes to my diet. I am eating pizza, but how? 


It's pretty clear if you want to lose weight, you need to give up a lot if not all of your comfort foods. Oh I have given up the following: fast food, sweet tea, cokes, sweets, bread, and so forth. But one thing I didn't have to give up was pizza. Though I do have my cheat meals, this isn't one of them.

A couple of weeks ago, Amanda introduced me to this Real Good Pizza. It's normal pizza, however the crust is made of all-natural hormone-free chicken breast and parmesan cheese. It sounds wacky but it is filling and trust me, it's good. More importantly, the pizza is packing 25 grams of protein and 4 grams of carbs per serving; the sodium is a little high. The have uncured pepperoni (as seen above), three cheese, and the supreme in 5" and 7" sizes.

And they also offer breakfast pizzas (bacon, pepperoni, and sausage) and coming soon, enchiladas! I have to confess too, it could be the best frozen pizza I've ever made.
