Apparently It’s Now Okay to Talk at Conversational Levels in the Library [VIDEO]

Among the many things (maybe not MANY) that I have ALWAYS done, I'd say lowering my voice when I enter a library is at or near the top of the list.

But others don't have that list.

So I got up on my soapbox (which looks like a stool):
