About a month ago, Kentucky Legal Aid hosted a yard party here at the WBKR studios.  And, while they were here, they brought along some copies of their cookbook called You've Been Served.  The book is full of simple and delicious dishes and I have tried out of a few of them . . . including this recipe.  Check out Connie H. Rhea's recipe for Easy Crock-Pot Barbecue Chicken.
