CNN Says Owensboro Is Home to One of the World’s Happiest Places

CNN has selected 15 of the world's happiest places. And, I gotta tell ya, I wouldn't mind spending a little time and some of the places they've chosen.

But if you're like me in that respect, get your passport in order.
