It is always a pleasure to speak with Coach Rowe. Tony Rowe is the, Six-time Kentucky Cross Country and Track High School Coach of the Year and co- head Coach of the men's and women's cross country and track and field coach at Kentucky Wesleyan College.

Rowe and his wife, Pam, have two sons, Mark and Matt both high school cross country and track coaches, and 4 grandchildren. In 2019 Mark joined his father as the Co-Head Track and Field, Cross Country Coach.

Here are some of the questions I asked Tony during our radio interview. Tune in this Friday, Saturday and Sunday to hear how he responds.

How do you incorporate your Faith as you Coach?

You recently had a health scare regarding your heart in Mid-March.

Tell us about the day you were running and experienced symptoms that were not normal for you.

Was this the first time you experienced something abnormal during a run or did you have other symptoms?

How important would you say it is to have an awareness of how your body is feeling?

How did your Faith in God sustain you through that time?

How has God been speaking to your heart while staying at home due to COVID 19?

You will be inspired and motivated by Coach Tony Rowe on Shaped by Faith with Theresa Rowe Tune in LIVE on Friday, Saturday and Sunday at 8AM on 99.1FM, WOMI Owensboro 1490 AM, or WGBF Evansville 1280 AM.
