A Tour of the New DCHS Performing Arts Department [VIDEO]

I'll jump on any opportunity to walk down memory lane at Daviess County High School, so when it was announced that the ribbon would be cut on the school's new performing arts wing on a Sunday afternoon open house, I was all over it.

The stunning transformation of the new performing arts department which is in the part of the building that faces New Hartford Road was the reason for the occasion, but I had not seen all the work done on the venerable old auditorium.

It looks incredible.

And, as you can see from the picture, there's still work to be done, but inside, it's just really amazing.
