For the Second Year in a Row, Dave Spencer Gets Zombie-fied
Last year, I got all deaded up to be a zombie in the Zombie Run over at Moreland Park. It was kind of a group effort, in that a group of us zombies-to-be all gathered in a Sportscenter locker room for our transformations.
I made my own blood--corn syrup, chocolate syrup, red food coloring--while my sister and others helped everyone with the gray make-up or the brown make-up and the oatmeal. Let me tell ya, oatmeal is a great tool for zombie creation. But I digress.
This year, a terrific make-up artist named Lisa Duvall did all the work. Why, might you be asking, did she turn me into a really cool zombie, if I do say so myself? Well, that information will be revealed at a later time. Let's just say, Lisa ROCKS when it comes to turning people into zombies.
A friend of mine sent me a Facebook message telling it was the worst psoriasis he'd ever seen. Ah, the trials and tribulations of being a zombie.
And the fun!
