The Chamber Ambassadors are often referred to as the "face" of the Chamber. This group of individuals represents a variety of Chamber businesses. Ambassadors are highly active in the events that the Chamber organizes. You have probably noticed the Ambassadors at Ribbon Cuttings, greeting guests at Rooster Booster Breakfasts, participating in our Golf Tournament or Annual Dinner and other events. Now is your chance to raise awareness for you and your business by joining our Ambassadors! On February 23rd from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm at the Commerce Center, the Ambassadors will be having their yearly open training session for anyone who is interested in learning more about getting involved. Lunch will be provided, so please rsvp to Sydney Warren no later than February 22nd if you are interested in attending. |
Farm/City Breakfast Tickets & Sponsorships Available
The "Best Breakfast in Daviess County" has been scheduled for March 10th at 7:30 am at Apollo High School. Farm/City Breakfast provides an opportunity for city and county residents to come together to share and learn more about their respective businesses. This year's speaker is Dr. Scott Smith, Dean of the UK College of Agriculture.
Farm/City Breakfast is hosted by the Greater Owensboro Chamber of Commerce and the Daviess County Farm Bureau. The breakfast is sponsored by local farmers and area businesses. Tickets for the breakfast are only $6 and can be purchased online or at the Chamber or Farm Bureau offices. Sponsorships for the event are $35.
