The menu has remained simple for more than one hundred years. It’s not uncommon for them to sell two thousand hot dogs with onions daily. When you stroll by the diner, look through the window, and see the neatly lined rows of hot dogs cooking over the grill. It is not only the place to get a hot dog in Fort Wayne, but it’s also the oldest operating restaurant in town.

Their menu is very limited. Fort Wayne's Famous Coney Island sticks to the diner basics like hamburgers, chili, apple pie, and hot dogs, plus you can get a glass or can of pop to wash it down.
