Impact 100 Owensboro chose Oasis Shelter and the Cliff Hagen Boys and Girls Club to receive their grants of $111, 000 each this year. The organization, founded in 2006, is made up of all women who each contribute $1,000 per year to the program. As the membership grows, so does the grant money. This is the second time Oasis has been granted.
