Owensboro has a rich history and some of it is available for viewing if you just look up. That's right. When you get north of Parrish Avenue you'll see quite a bit of "writing on the wall."

To wit, the old building--now the Reynolds Building--at 9th and JR Miller Boulevard. It's right across from MPD.

Many years ago it was connected to the MPD building via a walking bridge and was the old GE location.

Yeah, older than the now-defunct site out on Old Hartford Road.
